- Email address: Collected directly from you to receive financial offers, for identification, pre-contractual/contractual communication, complaint assessment, fraud protection, and with consent, for newsletters and marketing.
- Postal code, postal address, full name, mobile phone number, email: Collected to determine service coverage for the “scooter” service and enable in-person device evaluation.
We automatically collect technical information including equipment details, browsing processes, and IP address through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies.
